Saja Mortada is a Lebanese investigative and data journalist, and the manager of the » Arab Fact-Checkers Network” led by “ARIJ”.
She holds a master’s degree in Media from “Antonine University” in Lebanon and from “University of Toulon” in France. She carried out investigative reports on human rights issues in her country Lebanon, and investigations in the context of the “FinCEN Files” and “Pandora Papers” with ICIJ in 2020 & 2021. She previously worked as an editor and presenter at “AL Mayadeen TV”, “Raseef22” and “Assafir” Newspaper. In recent years, she developed her skills in data journalism, mobile journalism, digital storytelling, and fact-checking.

Saja Mortada est journaliste d’investigation, data journaliste et à la tête de l’AFCN (Arab Fact-Checker Network) dirigé par l’association ARIJ (Arab Reporters for Investigative Journalism).
Elle est diplômée d’un Master Média de l’Université Antonine au Liban et de l’Université de Toulon, en France. Elle a réalisé des sujets d’investigations sur les droits humains au Liban et mené des enquêtes dans le cadre des « FinCEN Files » et des « Pandora Papers » avec l’ICIJ en 2020 et 2021. Auparavant, elle a travaillé comme éditrice et présentatrice à « Al Mayadeen TV », « Raseef22 » et « Assafir ». Récemment, elle a développé des compétences en data journalisme ou encore fact-checking.
